We say in the prayer, “First of all, what is the prayer of Sarbat Khalsa Ji?
May God appear in the mind of Sarbat Khalsa Ji. Here God appears three times. Have you ever
thought, why not five times?
Why not once?
Our prayer may be of three or four minutes, but every word of it is filled with a sense of history and a very profound concept. The prayer is not made by Guru Sahib. It is made by the Panth. The scholars and wise men of the Panth have kept it three times with great thought. Actually, meditation can be done in three ways. God, God, God, the name of the mind is called. This coming of mind can be done in three ways: mind, word, deed, meditation with the mind, meditation with words, and at home with the mouth.

Which we have actually understood and all of us do. We say God, God. This is with words. The second is with our mind. As we walk, go to the office, go up and down the stairs, walk, come down from the house, God, God begins to be within us. While climbing up and down, God, God, God, walking, anyone doing their routine work. God is conquered and meditation with the mind is also like walking, taking each step with each step, I am doing God and then a state comes that I am not doing the effort, it is happening on my own, first meditation is done with words, second with the mind and third with my actions.
How can everyone do meditation with actions? I am doing good work. Like if I am a doctor, I am doing a job, then I am taking care of the patient with hard work and efforts. If I am a teacher, then I am teaching my class on time. I am going with hard work. I am doing my duty and with full time, I am giving more than the salary I get. Then what is my action, that is my meditation, earning, that is what I am doing. Sat Sri Akal
